To sign-up to the service, the procedure below is followed:

1. Click on the register link on the top of this page.
2. After clicking on the register link, you will be directed to a form which contains the following fields:
   1. username
      This value is used to uniquely identify and access your account. This may contain alphanumeric characters. The maximum # of characters allowed are 64 chars.
   2. password
      This value is used to access your account in conjunction with your username. This may contain an alphanumeric string of not more than 32 chars.
   3. confirm password
      This value is used to validate the password entered in the previous field.
   4. Name
      Type in your full given name in this field. (e.g. Juan Dela Cruz)
      Note: This is an optional field.
   5. Address
      Type in the full details of your residential address here.
   6. Age
      Enter your current age here.
   7. Gender
      Select your gender from here.
   8. School
      Select the school you're attending to here. If you're not currently going to school, select [ None (out of school youth) ]
   9. Phone or any contact info
      Please type in your phone number or mobile number here. Please note that it is important that you send accurate contact numbers here so that we can facilitate processing of your posts and reply in return if needed.
   10. Email Address
       Please type in your email address here. This is an optional field but please note that it is important that you send a valid email address so that we can facilitate processing of your posts and reply in return if needed.
When the information on the member registration form is successfully filled up, you may now use your account to login on the member login area located on the top of the page.

To login to the e-Inquiry service, enter your registered username and password account on the member login area located to the top of the page.

To send a post or message to our E-Inquiry Service, please follow the procedure below:

1. Login to the e-Inquiry service by entering your registered user acount on the member login area located on the top of the page.
2. Click on the "Post e-Inquiry" link on the menu located on the navigation menu on the top of the page(s).
3. After clicking on the "Post e-Inquiry" link , you will be directed to the main post form which contains the following fields:
   1. Nature of the Problem (required)
      Check on any of the options available. If the option you are looking for is not available, then click on the others checkbox. After doing so, a textbox will be displayed where you can enter the type of your request.
   2. Problem description: (in relation to your selection above, required field)
      Enter any description regarding the nature of the problem(s) or requests that you checked on the previous field. Please be very specific and descriptive about the details so that we can evaluate and process your posts properly.
4. After all the details have been filled out, click on the submit button to submit your request.
5. When your post has been successfully sent, you will be redirected to a post sent page where you can click on a link to create another post.

Sending comments online
To send any message whether comments or feedback, you may do so by clicking on the Contact Us menu link located on the navigation menu.

After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the Contact Us page. This page contains info about contact details for our office as well as a form which you can fill up to send messages directly online. The form contains the following fields:

1. Your name:
   - Your full name, including all Initials.
2. Email Address:
   - Any valid email address where we can send replies and newsletters.
3. Contact Number:
   - Your contact number, whether landline or cellphone number.
4. Your message:
   - From here you can enter any messages or feedback that you want us to know about.

Note: In order for us to process and reply to your feedback and comments, please make sure that the information you enter are valid information. Remember this is your venue for letting your voices be heard among the community. Thus, entering valid your info will help us act and reply to your comments and feedback.
